What if it is both? Self cherishing and engineered: we know how easily humans get distracted, over react and protect a self image.

Distractions, over reacting and self image are the obstacles (and tools) to spiritual development. What if the corporations use these very same spiritual human frailties in order to deceive people?

Propaganda is used to…change our minds!

Ordinary human existence is called Samara in Sanskrit. It is a vicious cycle of existence: there is a creation of a self image, the maintenance of that self image and the protection that self image. What if there were powers that enhanced this Samsara into a ‘Super Samsara’? Then distraction, reaction, self image would play a major part in the control of an entire population.

Is the world stupid, or subtly orchestrated? There are wars, financial collapses, poor health, poor education, poor work prospects, less freedom…and the idea of too many people. Are these naturally occurring, or unnatural? If the world is stupid, then we’d better wake up. If the world is subtly orchestrated, we need to wake up even faster.

It all comes down to consciousness: either we have control of our own consciousness, or someone else is doing it for us.

Though distractions, reactions, and self image are obstacles in the mind, they are also tools. This ‘Super Samara’ can actually enhance our practice! The reactions in the mind are easier to spot…if we are looking!
