This a good insight into mindfulness meditation. The music could seem distracting, but one can incorporate it into the meditation.
It’s interesting that she calls this vipassana, when other traditions would classify this is shamata practice. Vipassana is “insight meditation”, of being aware of awareness – a step further than merely stilling the mind. But hey, each to their own…it’s still a good video!
