Well…recognise the value of the first three noble truths, and just do it! Do whatever comes to you.
Once we are convinced that we suffer, and that there is a cause of this suffering, and that there are methods to cut through this suffering, we are half way there!
The title of this Buddhism for Beginners is, “Simple Beginners’ Buddhism. It does not say, “Easy Beginners’ Buddhism”…!
We have a natural longing, an intuitive longing, and that is telling us something. The more we look, the deeper we go…and so the more we look.
