THE END IS THE BEGINNING

The end is the beginning.

In this blog, everything that needs to be said, has been said! The only point in writing now is to refine understanding. The way of Dzogchen (also known as Maha Ati, the great prefection), as you can see, is to start at the end and end with the beginning- with the four noble truths. Dzogchen points out the essence so you know where you are.

Dzogchen is not a practice. It’s what we are – Empty Essence, Cognisant Nature and unconfined Compassion.

Recognising this goal, it only remains to deal with the obstacles on the path – karma. The Dharma frees us from the chains of karma – karma is our dirty laundry! It needs the soap of method to clean it. Once clean, we need to then wash out the soap – so that we do not cling to the method. That clinging, dear reader, is a huge problem!

There are many paths, or methods, that are all slightly different, and it is easy to talk at cross purposes. We have to respect all paths, and sometimes silence is golden.

In actuality, the Path is our own confusion.

Clear the confusion and the path does not exist…it never did.

It’s a bit like waking from a dream.

Even though this is said to be the Kali Yuga (the age of strife), I believe it is also the age of Sharp Reasoning, which cuts through all the ****!

We are all students and teachers.

We want to find out.

We want to share what we find.

In futile diligence

we find nothing,

so have nothing to share.
