Over stimulation.

Life is like a washing line.

It’s full of serious washing

that is constantly added to,

and has to be reviewed and renewed.

The line is our awareness

The washing is our collection of

precious ideas.

From the moment we are born until now, our Essence has never changed. It’s just there. It is the same Essence that looked out of our eyes at birth, and will still be there at death.

 The washing is our collection of fixated ideas. We spend our lives arguing about our washing – our acquired washing – and forget about our line…Timeless, Uncreated Essence.

 We are all in conflict with others about our treasured washing – so much so, that we rarely take the time to appreciate the lines of others !———–! which are the same as ours, but expressed differently.

Spirituality is recognising Essence.

We don’t have to do anything, but recognise.

So why isn’t this happening?

We are over-stimulated by our washing.

Continuously and obsessively over-stimulated.

It is interesting that, at any moment, we can wake up from this over-stimulation, but we are too busy. Why? Because the world around us is also over-stimulated!

 So, our choice of belief keeps us in conflict with others, who are in turn trying to prove their beliefs.

Our real conflict is not outside. It’s within. Clinging to our washing, when we know (in the back of our minds) that there is something we are missing.

 It’s not a matter of getting rid of this…

And just having this……

It’s a matter of realising the valuing both…..

 The washing is displayed by virtue of the line.

The line allows everything to be displayed.

In that recognition, there is no conflict.
