IMPRISONED IN A CONFUSED, DUALISTIC REALITY

Imprisoned in a Confused, Dualistic Reality

The confusion…
Who am I?

There are two realities; one that is told to us, and the other…!!!
The reality we are told is a deviation, a diversion.
The other is what we actually are; pure awareness – an is-ness…!!!

For a deviation to be believed, it must contain an element of truth to make it credible. This sets up a dualistic confusion which, if not properly identified, leads us to consent to believe this confused idea because it sort of works, but leaves us frustrated as it isn’t the complete picture. It shifts our consciousness to that which we are being told, rather than that which we know instinctively…!!!

The problem is that we are so far down the road of deviation that it has become our instinct, our familiar habit, our norm. That’s how this prison works.

Our true nature is on holiday all the time! A holy-day is a break from being caught up in the mundane; ‘holy’ is resting in moral and spiritual excellence. And that is having fun in the simplicity of everything, without excess and over excitement.

We are told that a holiday is a rest – a short break from our usual business of excessive, over-excited activity. But in fact, the holiday turns out to be just more excessive and over-excited activity ;-)… and we find we’re still imprisoned. Here’s our thinking: “If a little bit of what you fancy does you good, then a lot of what you fancy is even better!” 😀 😀 😀

Once we recognise that we are imprisoned by others’ reality, we can return to resting in moral and spiritual excellence. And that’s just simple fun…!!! It doesn’t take much to make us smile because we are looking more closely, and experiencing more of the richness of everything…!!! A mere smile has so much potential…!!!

Who am I?
Who asks the question?
What is…!!! is the answer.

There is no prison:
by consent, we have been the jailer all along…!!!

PS all the !!! in this represent indescribable joy…!!! ;D
