Pop Inside And Have A Good Look

It’s not difficult.

What is difficult
is deciding to pop inside
to have a good look.

Being more bothered about having
a good look on the outside,
we ignore what’s on the inside.

Actually, the inside is visible to all.
Every comment we make
says more about us.

How do we pop inside?
We look at our own
justifications,
motivations,
inner gossip,
so-called cleverness,
apathy,
comforts:
our ‘advancements’.

Having had an honest look,
we finally realise through meditation that
that which sees this charade
is absolute, timeless, perfect beauty.

That seeing is absolute consciousness.
It’s what we all truly are.

Whoever dares to look, wins;
then it’s not difficult.
