Can Anger Be Positive?
Being angry out of frustration is negative.
Being angry out of concern is positive.
Being able to do something about both frustration and concern
is down to our level of understanding.
Once we start the ball rolling due to frustration,
there’s no end to it.

Frustration is feeling upset or annoyed
at being unable to change or achieve something – we fester.
Concern is just seeing that something isn’t right – we wonder.
