Anger Is A Punishment We Give Ourself
Anger is a punishment that we give ourselves for judging someone else’s behaviour. When we become judgemental, which is fixing a opinion about others, we harm ourself.
This is not the same as knowing what is beneficial and what is harmful in the moment now.
The mental luggage that we carry around is karma.
Drop the luggage and feel lighter.
Really … drop it!
We may meet the person we’ve judged again, and they could be different; they may have learnt something – or, they might still be carrying around their karma.
The point is, have we learnt anything?
