Meditation Is Just Being Aware of Awareness
When more people meditate, the world will change for the better. At the moment, people are all about ‘me-and-what-I-know’. This limits understanding of an infinite reality.
Just being aware can be at any moment, anywhere, under any conditions. We do this naturally but it goes unnoticed, in favour of ‘me-and-what-I-know’. That is our confused cycle of existence.
Meditation or awareness isn’t about being perfect at it; it’s about noticing when our mind takes over and obscures this pure awareness. Meditation gives us a pause button in daily life. It’s definitely not a matter of superior to others – it is being what we are; effortless awareness.
Through clarity, we are no longer blinded by ideas.
We’re not becoming mindless – we’re becoming mind aware.
