Aware Of Being Awareness
Being aware of being awareness is a subtle state of being. The subtlest state is realising we are pure awareness. Awareness has no name; it is individual consciousness. Calling this something creates an identity, a group dreamthink where we follow the house style guide. Whenever we are in thought or use words, we are relating, creating movement or agitation, and individual clarity is lost.
This is how meditation creates a pause button throughout daily activities,
where we refresh the page/mind.

Being aware that we are awareness is the awakened state outside the usual collective dream state. This natural moment is always present, but is ignored. When we are doing something, no thoughts or words are necessary; there is direct perception, at one with the tool. When washing our face, mowing the lawn, driving a car β¦ thought isn’t required – awareness is. We naturally adapt and adjust to the moment.
We are constantly being split in two β mind and consciousness. Meditation is noticing the mind taking over; in being aware, consciousness lets it go. We are fully aware of distractions but we do not follow and become attached to them.
Refreshing the page/mind updates and is invigorating.
This is the middle way; the seeing of extremes and possibilities.
