The Clarity That Dispels Confusion
Confusion will not mean the same to everyone.
The moment when we experience confusion (having no answers) is the moment of enlightenment. That confusion of “I don’t know” – that vacancy – is the very instant that illumines consciousness, the total openness of spontaneous presence.
We are empty of assumptions.
However, we all come from different places, so our experience will receive these words differently.
We aren’t supposed to be clever beings or worried beings;
we are meant to be what we are – wise beings.
In wanting to be clever sapiens,
we ignore that which is already present.
When we want to know,
we miss the knowingness that is ever-present.
What do we do with this wisdom?
We play out or exhaust our karma,
by seeing it as our guide to complete enlightenment.
Hello Tony,
Could you please write / have you written before (?) something about the altered states experienced during sleep (specifically during transition from deep sleep to waking state) as a result of meditation (during waking hours and before sleep) …I have frequent (strange/mysterious/blissful) experiences which I find difficult to describe, and am looking for other’s 1st hand experiences to understand what might be happening. I know not to cling to these ‘states’ and I am aware enough to witness them, but they have a very strong palpable ‘pull’ …I hope this makes any sense ?
Hello Ramble,
I’m not qualified to talk on such matters, as it’s a individuals experience.
All I can say is that they happen and being aware at that time is a sleep mediation experience.
As you suggest, just let them go and be grateful.
Tony
Thanks 🙏🏼
