Captivated Not To Change
Captivated by skilful artists-magicians-politicians-entertainers … we become expertly lazy, dependent, dull and weak.
Those ruling humanity thrive on this arrangement, while pundits hog the microphones and divert all meaningful conversation. These ‘learned’ people are also cherished. đŸ˜€
Those who try to tell the truth about reality are slandered, shunned, or worse. Getting the message across about absolute truth will take generations. The Buddha knew this.
As evil thinks longterm, so should we.
Sudden change is only for those who make effortless effort.
Effortless effort is seeing without expectations.
