We Live In Stories
We live in stories, memories, mental recordings that we replay.
It’s what reincarnates at every moment, and causes us to remain fixated.
Everyone wants to be ‘in the loop’ – in a circle of individuals who think they know and want to be thought well of. Jumping out of the loop, we’re no longer desperate to impress anyone, being free of the groupthink that is the vicious cycle of existence.
Memories keep us trapped in a recording, programmed by little traumas that control our behaviour. They are powered by our likes and dislikes – or rather, social likes and dislikes that were engineered by ‘influencers’ a very long time ago, and which we maintain. Caught up in these stories, we remain intellectually lazy.
We don’t have to worry about reincarnation of the body; it’s the mind we have to be concerned about, moment by moment.
Jumping out of the loop is realising we are the gap between the thoughts.
We are then outside, and free of mental incarceration – the state of confinement.
