Words Are Not Our Reality
Our reality is the silent experience that observes the words.
Realising this, we see that wordiness obliterates experience.
Words and thoughts are dust in the mind of pure consciousness.
Going beyond words isn’t an intellectual exercise. It’s not clever, and it’s not doing things to our body; it’s just dropping the words, the thoughts. Gradually – or instantaneously – we realise that there is no need to be attached to the words, or to the voice chattering in the mind.
When the mind comes to rest, the dust settles. The method of meditation facilitates this experience, but we have to know when to drop the meditation that sweeps away the dust. To keep on sweeping when there’s nothing there is a pointless activity.
Humanity has been fixated about words for millennia, creating intricate fantasies and wishful thinking.
Totally uneducated people can realise
the ultimate reality of pure consciousness.
Be careful what you adopt.
