Too Speedy To Notice
We are too speedy to notice our true reality. Every moment whooshes by with something to do or talk about. Whooshing and clarity aren’t accommodating bedfellows. 🙂 The silent clarity of absolute truth goes unnoticed in favour of the mundane.
Speediness fills the mind with clutter. Learning isn’t about acquiring information; it’s about understanding. Exercise isn’t about building muscles or being super-fit (unless we’re into a sport); it’s about loosening up and oxygenating the blood (singing and correct breathing have the same effect).
The satisfaction arising from both understanding and oxygenating the blood brings about relaxed calmness and clarity.
