Are Gurus Actors With Good Scripts?

In all walks of life, we get carried away by words and names. Once these are learnt, we act out our part, constantly referring to the script.

Are gurus and students actors with good scripts?
It’s for this reason that the Buddha said, “Do not take my words for the truth; test them for yourself.”

The Dharma-script is a generalisation to release us from suffering, but it is we who have to release ourselves from the script, and experience the truth.

We merely have to see our self in action
to see the actor act.

This seeing is meditation in action.
The absolute truth is beyond words.
