Why We Switch Off From Reality

The quest to understand our true reality – the purpose of life – has been turned off in favour of intellectual consumerism in science, philosophy and religion. And most people don’t even get that far!

Religion comes the closest, but it was turned into a mystery that became the opium of the people long ago. We fall for the colourful displays, the imagery, the paraphernalia, the words in books, the gurus … all of which impede direct seeing.
