FRUSTRATION IS PART OF THE PATH

Frustration Is Part Of The Path

There are two ways of looking at frustration.

One is the disappointment of not getting what we want,
while the other is recognising misdirection;
this recognition can be the energy source along the path to enlightenment.

When we look up words in a dictionary, we’re given definitions that may limited or not quite accurate (etymology helps with this). Definitions can be crude interpretations. We’re led to believe that frustration is not getting our own way, but earliest definition of frustration is to deceive, to disappoint.

Mara goes by many names: controllers, manipulators, archons, demons, evil intention – all of which have infiltrated our minds to frustrate and deceive consciousness, emasculating humanity and taking energy away.

Earth is a thought-prison of amnesia which blurs the lines of clarity to create confusion. Mara wants us to have contempt for the system so as to make this all seem real, and something to fight against. Unfortunately, most people can’t handle or accept the truth of our existence, and fall back into amnesia, forgetfulness, indifference.

Frustration is the inner conflict between what is realised and what is blockage. For a true practitioner, this becomes the reality of the two truths – relative and ultimate. Thus, frustration or sadness or blockage become a natural part of life.

This isn’t the same as wanting things to be different to the way we’d like them to be. Frustration comes with realisation; the way we deal with others is the challenge of expression and conduct, and it’s the way in which ultimate truth relates to relative truth.

We cannot be told not to be frustrated when we are.
🙂
It’s just our vehicle through this life.

The first noble truth on the path to enlightenment is to admit suffering.
