We Inherit Memories
We inherit ways of thinking and speaking, and these define personal identity.
In our early years, we’re very susceptible and it’s then that our programming is particularly effective as we’re easily influenced or harmed by emotions and persuasion. In our youth, we’re vulnerable, sensitive, and impressionable, and the effects mark us for life.
We can’t blame anyone β it’s just part of life. We may have had a fortunate or unfortunate upbringing, but which is better is hard to tell. A bad upbringing could be a great motivator, while a good upbringing could just make us complacent. π
Memories colour present experience; they’re the mud we live in.
There are moments in the mud that change our life, and that’s interesting.
The more we recognise the mud, the more we realise the cause of the mud.
