Institutional insanity escalates reactions to create more insanity. Problem, reaction, solution: create a problem, get a reaction, apply the solution that was intended in the first place.
When officialdom exaggerates and exacerbates a situation rather than calming it, this causes suffering. Institutional mandates to maintain and achieve compliance provoke resistance.
Organised insanity is repeating the same narrative
which has already resulted in failure.
