The secret life of emotions is our Buddha nature.
(catch ’em if you can!)
Emotions are re-actions,
revealing our Buddha nature.
Emotions – if acted out – become negative.
In their first instance, they are pure awareness.
Buddha nature.
Emotions have no true existence,
being created by a belief in an I,
turning spontaneous wisdom
into negativity to protect that I,
and trapping wisdom in an illusory existence.
Reality is pure unchanging intelligent space.
Illusion is anything impermanent occupying
that pure unchanging intelligent space.
This is reality caught by illusion.
When Appearances and Emptiness
are recognised simultaneously,
that is non duality.
Knowing one, knows all,
(catch ’em and drop ’em!)
