Why Do We Meditate?

Meditation is becoming familiar with our true nature.
Techniques clear the mental distractions
that obscure this pure nature.

Meditation is not something we do;
it is recognising what we are.
Pure awareness.

Humans are excellent at inventing distractions,
while having the potential to dissolve all distractions.

We can get off the merry-go-round at any time.
