It is the nature of mind that recognises the mind saying,
“It is impossible to recognise the nature of mind.”
When a thought or emotion arises
it is the nature of mind that recognises the thought or emotion.
The nature of mind is the ultimate reality
of pure uncontaminated being.
It is unseen because it is seeing.
When thoughts and emotions arise,
it is wisdom that is present.
There is no separation!
