It’s Your Responsibility
…to remain in moment by moment awareness,
to be more positive and conscious of negativity
and to feel the progress.
Being positive is feeling confident, unshakeable, genuinely kind, and aware of what is taking place in our own mind.
Being negative is being controlled by emotions of pride, jealousy, fear and hatred, while ignoring our true nature of being confident, unshakeable, genuinely kind, and aware of what is taking place in our mind.
Learning exotic terminologies will not achieve this. Doing lots of meditation will not achieve this. Experiencing the rawness of a situation – looking into it, feeling it, understanding it, and realising that it is all an illusion, a mental fabrication, wishful thinking – will teach us what is of value.
We have to ‘get it’ by realising that we are responsible for our own mental welfare. We become responsible when we become honest: we are able to respond to whatever takes place in our mind, and remain at ease.
