WE ARE SLEEPWALKING IN OTHERS’ DREAMS

We Are Sleepwalking In Others’ Dreams

There are those who are aware of this phenomenon,
those who deny it, and those who aren’t bothered.

Globalisation is the process by which businesses
and other organisations –
develop international influence,
operating on an worldwide scale.

If we can see the consequences
of this power in the world,
their dreams do not become our nightmares.

When the Buddha came out of his ‘ivory tower’,
he saw the suffering of old age, sickness and death.
Questioning this, he changed.

We, too, have to see the suffering of greed, deception and injustice
within this technocratic age,
instead of merely accepting greed, deception and injustice.

Questioning this, we change.
