Look At Your Self

Look at your self.
Practice makes perfect.

Our self is the adoption of ideas that manifest in our behaviour.
Our spiritual practice is being aware of the ideas that affect our behaviour.

What is looking?
Pure consciousness, which is beyond names.

Just being aware is our natural clarity
that dissolves the figment of our imagination.

As long as consciousness holds on to a self-image,
consciousness will live in a self-dream.

Consciousness, becoming aware of consciousness, finds nothing other,
and we arrive at pure consciousness.

Practice makes perfect.
