There Is No Secret Esoteric Knowledge

Esoteric teaching is actual, ultimate experience
in realising what we already know.

All we have to do is look and see,
and let that acknowledgement drop away
to come to rest in non-duality.

Reading or listening to teachings remains at an exoteric level,
where we exist in continual wanting.

We are all familiar with how to be happy, compassionate, caring and empathetic:
the manifestation of these qualities
is dependent on whether our understanding is esoteric or exoteric.

We always know when we are ignoring what we know
because we feel uncomfortable.

Esoteric knowing always feels comfortable.
