Exaggeration Creates Chaos

When people believe in exaggerations,
they create chaos.

Tulku Urgyen said;
“We are free in the moment of seeing.”

Just because Tulku Urgyen said these words
doesn’t mean that we are now free
😀

We have to actually see the chaos and confusion in our mind now…
and this is a constant process,
until there is no more confusion or suffering.
