How Can I Enhance Consciousness?

You cannot.
Consciousness just is.
It cannot be made,
and it cannot be enhanced.

The only thing that can be enhanced is our noticing.
When we know this, we are meditating without effort.

Trying to enhance consciousness is working against consciousness.
Consciousness just is.

“So, what is pure consciousness?”
It is consciousness without enhancement.

As long as we think we do not know, we will never know.
When we know we know, we know.
No one can verify this for us.

When we know we are just consciousness,
meditation is taking place without effort

It’s the spontaneous combustion of thoughts and emotions.
