A Good Memory Is A Distraction

Memorising words to repeat them inhibits spontaneous wisdom.

We may learn all the scriptures and be ready to recite them, but can we apply them wisely in reality? We don’t have to be scholars, and carry around a library of words; pure experience in the present moment tells us everything we need to know.

This is the path without hardship.
