WORLD BRAIN FOG

World Brain Fog

The inability to self-monitor.

Whenever we’re aware that something isn’t right, there is still awareness present. This is very significant. There are many reasons why brain fog (or confusion) occurs, resulting in a lack of mental clarity and, all the while, we know it.

Brain fog gives rise to doubt and hesitation, causing a lack of confidence. A person can still go about their routines, but the brain’s functioning is compromised, making us blind to our mental decline, although the emotions are still active.

Our system requires a little attention. We need good food, good environment and good company. This includes what we read, hear and talk about, while focusing and concentrating on the small things.

Meditation is a small method of concentrating on the breath which leads to stillness and clarity.

We are not the fogginess or the confusion; we’re the pure awareness of the fogginess and confusion.

Our daily diet of ‘news’ ‘entertainment’ and ‘culture’ is detrimental to our wellbeing. We can either follow the world, or be attentive to direct experience – which is going the opposite way to the world.

We drop useless gossip and small talk – the manifestations of all our decisions – as that creates the fog.
