In Emptiness, Words Are Just Noise
When we realise that words about truth are just noise,
the entire struggle to define reality ends.
Words try to capture a reality of perfection – the same as art, music and poetry – but these are the illusions that cast spells. We live in a beautiful and fascinating museum.
The moment we stop listening to the noise inside our own heads, the barrier between ego and ultimate truth completely dissolves.
The term ‘ultimate truth’ refers to the final, absolute, and unalterable reality of being, while everyday conventional truth deals with our routine perceptions – names, objects, social agreements …
Ultimate truth strips away all illusions to reveal what things actually are at their most fundamental layer, and that is emptiness. Across human history, different traditions have defined this unchanging truth in distinct ways, such as a divine entity, universal consciousness, or a fundamental law of nature.
The paradox: as long as truth is written and spoken about, it will remain obscured.
All those ‘hidden manuscripts’ are a diversion; they’re just more words.
Language does not reveal the ultimate truth; it creates a caricature of it.
