Wisdom Is Useless Unless It Is Practised
Daily practices for mental & spiritual resilience.
Daily spiritual practice is merely remaining in clarity (divine splendour) which keeps us from being pulled into manufactured fear or division. The practice we choose helps us rto emain calm and undistracted, which is beneficial for the mind, consciousness and wellbeing.
When we limit our consumption of mainstream news and social media algorithms, we take back control of here and now. News is designed to exaggerate events to trigger stress and division. We can’t protect our peace if we constantly allow corporate algorithms to dictate our mood. It’s sad to see groups of people constantly on ‘their’ phones, missing the beauty of the quiet moment.
We have unlearned to be at peace.
Replacing global anxiety with tangible actions instantly restores a sense of meaning: sweep the floor, paint the windows, check the car tyre pressure … have a cup of tea … appreciate the wind in the trees.
Just recognise that ‘they’re at it again’
telling us to fear things
or convincing us to put something into our bodies.
Reflecting on the temporary nature of life and being grateful for the little time and space we have to just be replenishes inspirational energy. Accepting that life is fleeting frees us from the trap of hoarding and allows us to focus on experiencing the present moment, and the wisdom within pure consciousness.
By understanding our mental landscape and practising clarity rather than dieting on whatever is fed to us, we stop being a spectator in others’ chaotic games and start building a sane, grounded life of our own.
The elite may spend millions on physical concrete bunkers. The wealthy build empires because they’re terrified of mortality, but true safety is the pure state of consciousness. Spend time in silence, meditation and nature; a quiet mind is an impenetrable fortress that no external crisis can break into.
