Sky Dancer / Space Goer
The phrase ‘Sky Dancing’ is a poetic way to describe what happens when we realise we are pure awareness. This liberating energy dances in the open space of reality.
When we understand that reactions are the result of cultural conditioning and drop the illusion of blind belief, we leave heavy, solid dogma behind. Dharma is supposed to be liberating, not rigid.
To dance in the sky,
we have to accept that there is no solid ground beneath us.
No thing is permanent or real.
Words only give us a foundation – that’s all. When we drop those the words and just experience, it initially feels like falling (hell). But once we realise we are pure awareness, that fall turns into flight. We balance and move within change and uncertainty.
There is nothing mystical about sky dancing. It simply means to take everything in our stride, dealing with problems, difficulties and unexpected situations calmly and easily, without letting them upset us or disrupt our inner peace. We can growl, but not bite π
When we take something in our stride,
we accept it as a matter of course
and move past it as if it were no trouble at all.
