SENSITIVE MINDS

Sensitive minds.

Our minds are filters between our Pure Empty Essence and the outer world. The mind is a sensitive tool, as it can reflect, analyse, perceive, store memories and discern. It can join up the dots…that’s if we have the right dots!

The mind is the perceiving instrument for Essence to recognise its true nature…WOW!

Unfortunately, we use this sensitive mind to create extra filters – fantasies, speculations, and fears – for the purpose of entertainment. If the mind is not looking at its true nature, what else is it doing?

If we get stuck in these filters, they become addictions, like furniture bolted to the floor. Through these filters, the sensitive mind has programmed itself to live in a world of based on fantasies, speculation, and fears.

That is not using the mind as a perceiving instrument for Essence to recognise its true nature …WOW!

Be aware of what you read and hear. Those with whom you talk may have more addictive, fixed furniture than you! We hear politicians, and those in the inner corporate circles, justify everything they do. They believe in their filter so strongly that they do not even notice they are lying anymore.

Believing in our addictive filter closes the mind down into its fixed patterning. People play their chosen programming well that we know what they’ll say even before they open their mouths!

Be aware of filling your mind with someone else’s mind.

Some people try to run away from these fantasies, speculations and fears, not realising that they are still believing in them and that they take these fantasies, speculations and fears with them.

The mind is well suited to recognise and understanding the truth. It can be very creative in that direction, but unfortunately it can also be creatively distracted.

We take care of our bodies through exercise, good food, rest, supplements. We watch out for signs of disease: we need to do the same with our minds.

 Be careful with your mind!

Of course we still can have fun celebrating life, and refining our skills. I paint everyday…just trying to get it right!
