The two truths are the seeming or conventional or relative truth,
and the ultimate truth of the which recognises.
That very moment of recognition is wisdom. So the moment we recognise anger arising in our mind, or any emotion, the mind brightens through spontaneous recognition. Now anger that becomes mirror-like wisdom. All negative emotions are in fact wisdom!
