When we recognise the truth,
we recognise what isn’t true.
So when we recognise what is untrue,
that very recognition is
the unity of the two truths.

BUDDHA IN THE MUD is a blog - a living book based on the Dzogchen teachings. Our teacher is life, and life is karma. We are all Buddhas in the mud of concepts. 
The two truths are the seeming or conventional or relative truth,
and the ultimate truth of the which recognises.
That very moment of recognition is wisdom. So the moment we recognise anger arising in our mind, or any emotion, the mind brightens through spontaneous recognition. Now anger that becomes mirror-like wisdom. All negative emotions are in fact wisdom!
