The Moment Before The Moment Now Is Now!

The moment before the moment now is now.
By the time now is perceived, now has already passed.

Why is this important?
Non-duality doesn’t lose itself in duality,
and being remains in stillness.
Anticipation and subtle stress are eliminated.

Why is this important?
Rather than jumping in with habitual responses,
our reply is measured within stillness,
maintaining an open atmosphere of nowness.
