Calm And Clear

Sounds simple enough, but this is incredibly profound.

When the mind becomes calm, it becomes clear.
We have to reason this out for ourself,
and then practise for the rest of our life
as it doesn’t stay clear until enlightenment.

Meditation calms the mind.
It becomes clear when we drop the meditation.
Calmness is half the picture.
Clarity or direct seeing is the complete picture.

A project is only complete when it is finished
and completely dropped,
to be clear for the next moment.

This is the way we realise happiness.
Happiness is the satisfaction
derived from the realisation of accomplishment.
