Hope And Fear In The Moment Now
Hope and fear are two aspects of awareness that we need in order to do anything – in the moment now.
Hope and fear help us to be aware, look and see.
“I would like a sharp blade.” “I don’t want to cut my finger.”
Being aware in the moment now, we have a chance to consider.
If, however, we carry these hopes and fears around with us – “I’m never touching a blade again because I might cut myself!” – this becomes our ‘lifestyle’; a constant load of anxieties, and our ‘unique’ personality of limitations. We can’t – or won’t – let go.
Being aware, looking and seeing is the fun of life – in the moment now.
