WE DON’T NOTICE STRESS … UNTIL IT’S GONE!

We Don’t Notice Stress … Until It’s Gone!

Happiness is relief from stress.

Stress is something we have all become used to and no longer notice;
it is, however, reflected in the tensions within our subtle body.

Meditation should be about de-stressing ourselves, which influences the actions of our body, speech and mind. Once we value being de-stressed – as opposed to being distressed 😉 – we become more familiar with a quietude and inner peace that others’ stress cannot disturb. This is our actual reality of being, rather than the subtle stress of keeping up an appearance, a simulation.

The best part of meditation
is when we drop it.
