INTERRUPTING THE DREAM

Interrupting The Dream

Waking up to our reality is the purpose of life. Most of us think we are awake, but in fact we’re only functioning in a dream state, a programmed pattern, a routine. When we’re fixated on ideas, we aren’t actually awake – we can’t interrupt ourselves and wonder.

When we awaken, we know nothing, but we are aware that we’ve been dreaming (either vacant or busy). In the dream state, we have no presence, just ego-functioning. It’s up to us to recognise that.

We need to interrupt this pattern.
How?

Meditation.

And then we interrupt the meditation.
There is no ego, no defined self.
Just empty cognisance.
