Words Fill Our Minds
Words fill up our minds, obscuring consciousness. To see past the veil of words, we practise witnessing by simply notice them passing through the mind. This creates a gap of silence between the words, allowing consciousness to see with clarity.
Of course, there are still words, but when we actually practise, we realise our reality.
Worshipping an image or a name obscures the reminder of pure observation taking place.
Images are exoteric; the pure observation is esoteric.
The exoteric is for the many who know about the practice.
The esoteric is for the few who actually practise.
