Don’t Read This … Meditate!
If you have time to read this,
you have time to sit in silent awareness
for a moment or two.
Just be aware of the breath, and all the senses.
Now be aware of awareness.
Experience that you are that awareness and nothing else.
Note that, as there is nothing else but awareness,
that is pure consciousness.
Once you realise pure consciousness …
stop meditating and just be.
We only meditate to remember to be.
If it satisfies, stay a moment or two longer.
Don’t read this twice a day: do it.
