There Is Nowhere To Hide

There is nowhere to hide.
That is why we feel vulnerable.

While we still believe that we are our thoughts,
we will experience anxiety and fear
because our thoughts aren’t our complete picture.

There is nowhere to hide because, whatever we think and do,
consciousness is observing.

If we believe that we are thoughts,
we are then others’ thoughts.

This why we are half-hearted: we don’t totally believe our self
because our self is just an accumulation of ideas.

We no longer need to hide when we realise that we are not these ideas.
We can be free of all that.
