The more we meditate,
the more we are consciously aware
of being aware of where we are,
and the more we realise that we are happy.

Everything drops away, except the task in hand.
If we multi-task, we will wind up wound up!

Never believe anyone.
See for yourself,
and become lighter and lighter.
