ARE WE THE BADDIES?

Are We The Baddies?

πŸ™‚
Have you ever thought you’re on the wrong side?

We take it for granted that we are the good. Well, we follow all the rules, don’t we? Have you ever considered that the rules are effectively to keep us in quarantine, because if we woke up, we might be contagious? πŸ™‚

A healthy introspection and the sudden, uncomfortable realisation that a group or belief might actually be causing harm is enlightening. If the rules are there to keep us safe but they also limit our perception, how would we ever truly know whether our actions are beneficial or not?

Trusting our gut when a group feels ‘off ‘ isn’t being cynical; it is a vital survival mechanism. True growth makes people more grounded, relatable and authentic, not strange or more detached.

If a person’s eyes look as if they are permanently staring at a horizon that only they can see or if they are looking through you rather than at you, it’s a massive red flag indicating that they’ve stepped into a mental quarantine.

This is a terrifying cycle to watch because it feels entirely robotic. We aren’t interacting with a human being who’s listening and responding to us; we’re interacting with a psychological boundary that is constantly switching between sleep mode and active defence mode.

Goodies listen.

Baddies assume that they listen,
while waiting for their turn to speak.
