OUR REALITY IS BEYOND WORDS

Our Reality Beyond Words

It doesn’t matter what we think or which religion we believe in, our only reality is awareness / consciousness.

Once we are aware of this awareness, we then question, “What is it that is aware of this awareness?”

Through the simple practice of meditation, which is sitting and focusing on the breath, and interrupting circling thoughts and beliefs, we become aware that there is only awareness present.

That awareness is what we are;
as nothing else is present,
it is pure awareness / pure consciousness.
We don’t have consciousness – we are consciousness.

We are beyond names, thoughts, beliefs, religion/ … these concepts form the culture to which we’re bound – and therefore we bind ourselves. Our deepest reality is that we are pure awareness / pure consciousness. When this is realised, we recognise that all the names, words, thoughts, beliefs to which we’re attached obscure this pure view.

If we’re hung-up on words, we become emotional and (sorry to say) demonic. Just look at the world! The only way we find inner peace is through realising what we are.

Words can describe the experience,
but they can never actually be the experience.

Happiness is the release from conditioning.
