WORDS ARE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Words Are Artificial Intelligence

Understanding how we live in the illusion of language
– and the dis-illusion of silence.

Silence strips away the artificial construct of words in our mind. Silence – or empty cognisance – is the vast, unnameable emptiness of reality. In dissolving the illusions of speech, silence reveals a deeper truth: a profound presence and interconnectedness that words can only dilute.

We each live in a small world of words, losing any sense of the vastness of our true inner reality of stress-free silence.

Ideas have no reality, but they confuse and control us. We’re so enmeshed in this pattern of believing/disbelieving everything that we cannot think straight. Words are invented for us to play within this illusion of reality.

Language is a tool created by a conditioned mind to navigate this illusory world, and stay transfixed. It functions by exaggerating opposites – subject and object, good and bad, this and that …

Because absolute reality is unconditioned, it can only be experienced or realised directly. It cannot be explained. Our only reality is pure consciousness that has never changed, and has no cause.

If we don’t have mindful words, we live in a small cycle of existence. Mindful words are intentionally chosen terms, phrases, or affirmations designed to ground us in the present moment, reduce mental stress and foster self-compassion.

Shifting our inner and outer language away from harsh judgment and toward affirming, conscious words rewires the way in which the brain handles stress.

We should be aware that stress can be passed on to us from our parents – who had stress passed on to them.

Our stress is not our own.
Meditation is de-stressing.
🙂
